Attend the EWI Corporate Annual Meeting/Convention whenever possible (held in a different EWI city each September), and regional/divisional conferences

Insure, upon resignation from the firm and/or Chapter, that the local and International Directories are returned to the member firm or passed along to the replacement representative. EWI Directories are for the confidential and exclusive use of members only, and are the property of the member firm

Representatives have a standing reservation for all monthly meetings. It is very important for all representatives to notify the Sergeant-at-Arms if unable to attend—otherwise the firm is charged for the dinner

Representatives also need to notify their Committee Chairman if they have assigned responsibilities for the evening and are unable to attend meetings

The Publication Committee sends a meeting notice 10 to 7 days before each meeting. This regular monthly meeting notice provides information regarding the monthly meeting. If a representative is not able to attend this meeting, it is her/his responsibility to RSVP to the person listed on the meeting notice so that the firm will not be charged for the dinner meeting. Sometimes separate invitations are mailed: i.e. Firm Recognition Night, fundraisers, Firm Nights.
